Whilst disbandment is to be celebrated, and fears for law, order, and stability are legitimate, the voices recognizing the legacy of ineffective attempts to tackle systemic issues are valid. Disbanding and repackaging officers is comparatively easy compared to the deep-rooted matter at hand.
